02 / Component manufacturing
Components made to drawings and customer requirements
We arrange the manufacture of individual machine and precision components in India, from single parts to series production. Your drawings, samples or jointly agreed technical requirements form the basis.
Material, tolerances, surface quality, inspection criteria and documentation are defined before production. Manufacturing follows the German or European standards agreed for the project.

03 / Reverse engineering
From an existing component to a new manufacturing specification.
Companies can provide an existing component, sample or suitable material. We analyse its geometry, dimensions, material and relevant manufacturing characteristics, create a reliable technical basis and coordinate reproduction from a single part through series production.
The customer must be authorised to use, analyse and reproduce the component supplied.
